Consortio Recruitment Group is a business designed to offer specialist recruitment services to the Maritime, Shipping, Marine, Oil & Gas, Architecture, Civil & Structural, and Pharmaceutical markets.

We were approached by Consortio Recruitment Group regarding an exciting project at their new premises in Southampton, and we consulted with them in order to incorporate their ideas and expectations in our design plan.

 A new showcase environment for the Consortio Recruitment Group was created, incorporating:

• A large open plan area.
• Meeting & interview rooms.
• A break our area.
• Feature walls including a bespoke world map artwork detailing the locations that they cover.
• Furniture in the meeting rooms, breakout area, interview room, and entrance lobby, was provided and installed. In the main office area, benched desking was installed to create approximately 50 workstations with under-desk cable management to keep the space clear from clutter.
• A bespoke manifestation incorporating the company’s unique branding and logo was adhered to all the glazed panels.
• The kitchen was refreshed with a new worktop, splash-back, and a Quooker tap.
• The existing carpet tiles were removed and new carpet tiles with a random two-tone layout were laid.
• In the staff breakout area timber look vinyl plank flooring was fitted.
• A full width glass panel with a light blue film was fitted to the wall to create a write-on surface.

The work was completed within the proposed time frame and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
