Our client Out of Bounds in Angmering, West Sussex, offers fun and exciting indoor and outdoor activities for all.

The project brief was to install a mezzanine floor to extend the café area, to greatly enhance the overall experience.

• Incorporating the ideas and expectations of Out of Bounds in our design plan was our principal goal.
• The Project Management, Health and Safety, and Handover documentation was provided. In addition, a site pre-work visit was conducted to ensure that all the common areas were protected.
•  A mezzanine floor was constructed above the existing café seating area to provide much-needed additional seating.
• The underside of the mezzanine floor, which also forms the suspended ceiling, has a 1-hour fireproofing.
• An easily accessible and safe staircase was installed to the mezzanine floor.
• Safety gates were installed to ensure the safety of the young patrons at Out of Bounds.

The work undertaken greatly enhanced the café facilities at Out of Bounds, fulfilling our client’s expectations, and the project was completed within the proposed small timeframe.
