The Montefiore Hospital is a private hospital in Hove.  It opened in November 2012 and is operated by Spire Healthcare, the second largest provider of private healthcare in the United Kingdom

We were approached by Spire Healthcare who were looking to maximise the use of an open plan area at their Montefiore Hospital in Hove. They were very particular in requiring the work to blend in and conform aesthetically with their existing offices and rooms.

• We constructed 3 new offices with double glazed partitioning up to door height, above which plasterboard bulkheads were expertly profiled to conform with existing steelwork and services.
• The doors to the offices are constructed of beautiful walnut veneer to match the existing doors at the hospital.  The overall finish of the offices is very impressive.
• We also installed an operable wall, which enables the hospital to have either the use of a large open plan area, or alternatively, separate the area into a smaller open plan area and a lobby.  This provides the hospital with a very versatile use of floor space.
•  In addition to the above works, we also enclosed the kitchenette area.
