Identity Group is a global, full-service, live events agency, with over 20 years’ experience in delivering high profile events.

We had discussions with Identity Group regarding an exciting project at their premises in Lower Dicker near Hailsham.  With our extensive design input, we came up with a design which enabled flexibility and function, and provided options for change in a constantly changing world. 

• Identity Group required a mezzanine floor to be installed for storage use.
• The underside of the mezzanine floor was fireproofed, to comply with building regulations.
• Two steel staircases were installed, for access to the mezzanine floor.
• A perimeter stud partitioning wall was formed to the ground floor of the mezzanine, to separate the warehouse area from the new custom-built production environment.
• To future proof the production area, a bespoke pair of 1000mm wide double doors were fitted, to enable new equipment to easily access the area.
• A meeting room and a large office were created.
• Electrical works including power supplies to AC units, as well as modular LED light fittings with emergency backups and emergency LED signage, were installed to the ground floor and the first floor as required.

Regular site visits and meetings ensured that the project stayed on track.

We were able to complete the project within the proposed time frame of 30 days, and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
