Heath Vets are a RCVS accredited and independently owned and run practice in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. 

Heath Vets originally operated out of two locations in West Sussex but with the advent of the Covid Pandemic, they found that they couldn’t work efficiently within pandemic safety guidelines in their two practices, and after closing their smaller practice, they moved to a larger new premises in Burgess Hill.

Heath Vets consulted with Sussex and Surrey Partitioning on a project to refurbish, redesign, and rebuild the former Dinnages Dealership Building on London Road in Burgess Hill. 

Plans and designs were presented to the client including a 3D rendering of the project. 

Take-down

Work began to remove the old Dinnages partitioning, suspended ceiling, and service desk, thereby leaving a clear area to start the new project – a clean slate!

Fit Out

Construction involved:

• A reception area and a waiting room.
• Three consultation rooms.
• A dispensary.
• An office.
• Two operating theatres.
•  A groomer’s area.
•  A staffroom.
•  A utility room.
•  A Laboratory.
•  A bin store.
• Isolation rooms.
• Kennels, and a cattery.
• An x-ray room with a Raybloc x-ray protective door.
• Acoustic suspended ceilings.
• Polysafe safety floor coverings.
•  Specialist worktops with storage units.
• An integrated dental suite.
• Specialist hygiene wall panels. 
• Electrical installations.
• Air conditioning.
